The Reut Sderot Association is responsible for Sderot’s Emergency Preparedness and Resiliency Team (EP&R).

EP&R is composed of people who are well-experienced in serving the community in time of special need.
The team includes social workers and therapists who help people in emotional, financial, or physical crisis; they are available every day of the year and are particularly active during wartime or periods of intensified hostilities in southern Israel.
