The Reut Sderot Association has taken responsibility for operating Sderot’s Senior Employment Club. Twenty seniors attend regularly and are provided with assembly and similar work, for which they are paid. 

The atmosphere is fun and social, and yet the seniors work hard. Five days a week the seniors arrive early in the morning and share breakfast before beginning their tasks. They work until the early afternoon. The club also has a small kitchen that the seniors are welcome to use.
